At
its  March 25th meeting, DCCA’S Board of Directors approved, for
submission to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration,
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, a resolution requesting the adoption
of rules that extend the East Dupont Circle Moratorium, along with a
cover letter to ABRA and the position statement on moratorium renewal
that DCCA adopted on March 10th. (DCCA East Dupont Moratorium
Resolution and Position Statement) The ABC Board held a public hearing
to receive testimony on the Dupont Circle Advisory Neighborhood
Commission’s request to renew the moratorium on April 15th and
announced its decision on April 22nd.
