Thoughts on Fine-Grained Planning
by Roger Lewis (Shaping the City columnist, Washington Post)
In April, DCCA members prioritized planning as their highest interest, including topics like retail mix, population diversity, and historic preservation. We are very pleased that Roger Lewis has agreed to speak with us about his ideas for urban planning, this Monday at the first membership meeting of the official DCCA 2015-16 year. Feel free to send your questions to info@dupont-circle.org, and we will be sure Mr. Lewis has them.
The meeting will be held in the Tool Box, an art space in an alley which is entered from the west side of 19th Street NW between Q and R Streets (specifically, between the buildings at 1628 and 1630 19th Street NW). The Tool Box is about 100-150 feet into the alley, and partly visible from the sidewalk on 19th Street.
Non-members are welcome to attend!
